League Commissioner Adam Silver 'Upset' over Arrests
Addressing the detentions for the initial occasion, NBA commissioner Adam Silver stated he was "deeply disturbed" by the events of the past few days.

"Moreover 30 months after, he has not been found guilty of anything, in fairness to Terry.
"Clearly, it doesn't look good, but he's been suspended, and so it is a compromise here between protecting people's rights and investigating."
